The following shall be the Office-bearers of the Council :-
(A) President : The Governor, Punjab, shall be the President of the Council as an Ex-officio Member.
(B) Vice-President : Lady Governor and the Chief Minister, Punjab, shall be the Vice-Presidents of the Council, as Ex-officio Members.
(C) Chairman : Social workers elected/nominated from amongst the life members of the Council for three years.
(D) Treasurer :
i. The Treasurer of the Council shall be having the minimum knowledge of accounts.
ii. She/he has to be elected/nominated by the Executive Committee of the council at the Annual General Meeting (Election year) from amongst its life members for a period of three years.
(E) Secretary :
i. The Secretary shall be a social worker capable of shouldering responsibility of office administration and organising activities of the Council.
ii. The Secretary shall be elected/nominated by the Executive Committee of the Council at an Annual General Meeting (Election year) from amongst its life members for a period of three years.
iii. The Secretary shouldering the maximum duties of the Council shall be entitled to draw an honorarium for the services so rendered. The Executive Committee shall decide the amount of the honorarium to be paid to him/her.
